One Week

Okay, one week is gone and so are FIVE pounds. Yes FIVE whole great big fatty pounds. Now onto week two. That means more greens and lean meats. I really enjoy greens and lean meats but I also enjoy COCKTAILS with my diner. Of all the things I miss the most are chips& salsa and my cocktails. Surprisingly, I have not missed soft drinks-unless you count the ones in my COCKTAILS that I miss. But perservere I will. Off will come the pounds and at the end of this journey will be a COCKTAIL. So back to my week two with greens and lean meats I go.

My Bling - or missing  Bling - is One Week- Five Pounds.  Sparkle is waiting for me after this journey.
